- Technical degree or diploma
- Programming experience

Preference will be given to:
- Microsoft C#®, Microsoft Visual C++® or Microsoft Visual Basic® programming experience
- Experience in solving optimization problems or similar
- Knowledge of WEB-based development with ASP or Java
- Knowledge of Microsoft .NET®
- Knowledge of development with Microsoft SQL Server®
